Now in its ninth consecutive year, the 2023 Jahorina Ultra Trail Race presents participants with four familiar race formats and a brand new MASTERS race. Spanning an impressive 150 kilometers, this challenging addition to the Jahorina trail event lineup will be the most demanding race of 2023. To qualify, runners must rank among the top 10 in the ULTRA race or the top 5 in the MAXI race.

Kicking off in Tjentište, nestled in the heart of Hero Valley, the course leads competitors through the most rugged and towering peaks of Bosnia and Herzegovina's mountain ranges. The MASTERS race is designed for seasoned trail runners with outstanding achievements and extensive experience in the discipline.

Stretching 150 kilometers and featuring a cumulative elevation gain of over 7,700 meters, the MASTERS race is set to become one of the most formidable trail races in Southeastern Europe. Scheduled for September 30, 2023, after the most grueling races in July, those competing in the MASTERS race will vie for an exceptionally valuable prize - CAR!
