  • Mobile phone - the runner must be reachable at any time before, during and after the race:

    • An international roaming allowing for its use in BiH and Serbia (for ULTRA race)

    • Fully charged phone

    • Keep the phone on, airplane mode is prohibited and it could lead to a penalty

  • Head torch in good working order with spare cells/batteries for ULTRA race

    • Recommendation: 200 lumens or more

  • Basic first aid kit suggestion:

    • 2 gauze pads 10 x 10 cm minimum

    • 1 gauze roller bandage

    • Adhesive bandages

  • Food reserve recommendation:

          o  2 gels + 2 energizing bars
